This series includes the following components

The Cambridge Latin Course is a well-established and successful Latin programme developed by the Cambridge School Classics Project. It provides an enjoyable and carefully paced introduction to the Latin language, complemented by background information on Roman culture and civilisation. The material progresses from simple stories written specially for the Course, through adaptations of Roman authors, to original texts. The texts are accompanied by explanations of key language points, and are supported by grammar practice exercises.

Clear introductions to language, grammar and vocabulary are coupled with practice and consolidation activities to provide the detailed knowledge needed up to, and beyond, Year 10.
Specialist teachers will delight in the depth of language, flexible length of courses and variety of activities, while the clear structure and built-in lesson plans will support the non-specialist teacher.
The course encourages an appreciation of Roman culture as historical characters are introduced along with the historical, political and social aspects of Roman civilisation.

Teacher Resource Package

Downloadable teacher support materials are available for purchase separately as a unique 16-character code. Once purchased the resources can be downloaded through a Cambridge GO teacher account and stored on your school network.

The Teacher Resource Package can be accessed via Cambridge GO, using the enclosed 16-character access code. The code may be activated once only in one unique teacher account. Downloaded materials may be placed on your school network for use by other teachers at your school and are available through Cambridge GO for a period 5 years after activation.

The Interactive Textbook and Offline/PDF Textbook are not included in the Teacher Resource Package. These are available via the access code on the inside of your teacher copy of the student book or available for purchase separately from our online store or your Education bookseller.
