To access your Cambridge GO title App you must:

1. Download the Cambridge Australia App from the App Store
2. Have or create a Cambridge GO account
3. Redeem the code in the Cambridge Australia App on the iPad you wish to use your title on. You must be online to use the App.

Do I need a Cambridge GO account to access my App title?

• A Cambridge GO account is required to redeem your App title using your access code and to download your App title (by chapter) to your device.  
• If you do not have an existing Cambridge GO account, you can create your free account in the Cambridge Australia App before you enter your App title access code.  
• You can also create an account online here: http://www.cambridge.edu.au/go/signup/

Where do I enter my access code?

• First, download the Cambridge Australia App from the Apple App store.
• Open the app and login using your Cambridge GO account.
• Click on the STORE icon on the bottom of the screen within the Cambridge Australia App and enter your code in the space provided in the top left.
• Make sure you enter 16 digits and capital letters where appropriate.

I’ve entered my App code on my desktop in my browser. Can I still access my App title?

• No, you need to make sure you use your iPad to access the App title, and follow the steps below:
• First, download the Cambridge Australia App from the Apple App store.
• Open the app and login using your Cambridge GO account.
• Click on the STORE icon on the bottom of the screen within the Cambridge Australia App and enter your code in the space provided.

How do I find my App title once I have redeemed my App title code?

• Open the Cambridge Australia App.
• Click on the LIBRARY icon at the bottom of the screen.
• You will find your purchased App titles from Cambridge University Press Australia in the LIBRARY.

I’ve forgotten my password.  How can I reset it?

• You can visit the Cambridge Australia App home screen and follow the prompts.
• Or you can reset it here: https://www.cambridge.edu.au/go/login/password/ and login to the Cambridge Australia App again.

Is the Cambridge Australia App free?

• Yes, the Cambridge Australia App is a free download from the Apple App store.
• To access App titles for your student texts you will need to purchase an App access code and redeem it on the STORE page of the Cambridge Australia App. (See How do I enter my access code for more information on redeeming your code if required).

Where can I purchase further Cambridge University Press Australia and New Zealand Education App titles?

You can purchase App titles from your Education bookseller or online at www.cambridge.edu.au/education

Do I need to be connected to the Internet to access the Cambridge Australia App?

Yes, you must be connected to the Internet to download the free Cambridge Australia App from the Apple App Store and to redeem and access any App titles you have purchased.  

On what devices can I use my App title?

• The Cambridge Australia App and individual app titles are currently available for use on iPads.
• The Cambridge Australia App and individual app titles will be available for Android tablet shortly.
• The Cambridge Australia App and individual app titles will not work on your desktop computer or smart phone at this stage.

How do I find chapters for my App title?

Downloaded chapters will be stored in the Library of the Cambridge Australia App.

Can I access my PDF through the Cambridge Australia App?

No. But you can log into your Cambridge GO account through Safari and then download the PDF (see instructions below).  The PDF Textbook is a separate purchase.

How do I access my PDF on my iPad?

• Open Safari on your iPad.
• Make sure you have a PDF Reader on your iPad.  At this time iBooks, Adobe reader or Good Reader for iPad are options available in the App Store.
• Visit www.cambridge.edu.au/go
• Log into your Cambridge GO account using your username and password.
• If you have already activated your PDF Textbook go to the My Resources page.  Otherwise activate your product by entering your 16 digit access code in the box on the right hand side and click activate.
• Go to the My Resources page and click on the resource activated.
• Click on the PDF Tab and the title chapters will turn green.
• Click on the chapter required and download to your PDF reader.

I have tried to download the Chapters on my iPad but it doesn’t seem to work.
