Ordering
How do I select titles to view or order?
On each title and series catalogue page is an Add to Cart button. When you click on this button the title will be added to your Shopping Cart. You will also have the option to order more than 1 item.
Clicking Add to Cart does not order a title - you are able to look over your selection, add and delete items for as long as you wish. You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart link found in the top menu bar. To remove a title from your Shopping Cart, simply click on the X button on the relevant row.
To view the cost of multiple copies of a title, enter the quantity you require in the Qty column in the Shopping Cart - the cost will be automatically updated when you click out of the Qty column or hit the Tab/Enter key. When an Inspection Copy is available for that title, a checkbox will appear under the Inspection Copy column. Click the checkbox to update the Shopping Cart - the quantity will be set to 1 and the price to $0.00.
In Stock and Backorder
The Shopping cart will display what items are In Stock or on Backorder. In Stock items will be charged immediately and shipped the next business day. Delivery times are: Australia - 1 to 7 days, New Zealand - 7 to 10 days. Backorder items will charged and shipped when they physically in stock.
Electronic Product
Electronic product (such as audio and video) will be immediately available for download after your credit card payment has been processed, which occurs when you click the Confirm Order button. These products are only available as an electronic download via your web browser. They will not be supplied on a CD/DVD/USB or any other media.
Pricing & GST
All products list RRP prices in both Australian and New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST. Prices on this site are
updated regularly but are subject to alteration without notice. You will be charged
the price that is valid on despatch of your order that may differ from the price
quoted on this site.
Purchasing via Credit Card
The Cambridge Education site supports purchasing via Credit Card by using our secure online ordering facility. To be able to order via Credit Card you must register for an account using the My Account section to specifiy your invoice/delivery address and credit card details. You will only need to enter these details once - any future purchases will only require that you log in with your email address and password to complete your order. You can also visit the site at anytime to update your personal details by logging in to the My Account section.
* Please Note that Inspection Copies cannot be ordered using the Credit Card option. You can only order Inspeciton Copies by placing a School Order.
School Order
Placing a School Order generates a printable order form that you can print out and fax to Cambridge Customer Service on FreeFax 1800 110 521 (within Australia) and 0800 501 016 (within New Zealand).
Within Australia, School Orders give you the ability to order Inspection Copies and do not incur the $9.90 delivery charge.
In the Shopping Cart click the School Order button to begin. Enter in the required details, then click the View School Order button to generate an order form.
* Teachers, librarians and co-ordinators may need to obtain official order numbers from their school before placing an order.

Is there a Delivery charge?
Personal Orders
A postal charge of $9.90 (AUD) will apply to all online personal orders within Australia, and $13.50 (NZD) will apply to all online personal orders within New Zealand. All charges will be quoted on an individual order basis.
School Orders
Orders to schools will not attract any postal charges.
